assalamualaikum...... hehehhe long tyme no c...ades sos sowie la sbb aritu me agask stress n x der mood nak berblog....nak taw knape me stress??? hhehehe ni disebabkan BP me yg mengkt mendadak 2 hari berturut2 n now i`m not under MA azman lg n me now under DR... hehhe x taw ape name doc gurl tuh...tpkan doc nie bek....die x wat me rase cuak + stress..she always support me....heheheehe n FYI disbbkan BP yg naek tu la me bad mood n x der mood nak layan sape2 plus my luvly frank MIRA...owh babe plzz forgive me....sian kat MIRA ni sbb die dah la br balik dr kajang then me laks x layan die dgn bek..lallalala sowie2 sgt2 me mmg x der mood..... but my bad mood tu x der la melarat smaapi malm...mlm tu lak me ader meetg EMT..hehehhehe n mlm tu gask we got new driver bak kater mira nie la... our new driver is our leader mubin...lallalalalal kelakar la gaks die ni bw kete..n yg x leh pergi bile nak anata mira balik umah mak uda..how come diex brani nak trun dr jalan yg tggi tu..hehehhehehehehe.... n today me berblog smule sbb me eppy sbb BP me ok just 141/79...n doc said that me x der high blood pressure pown..cme me stress je (x taw la kalo doc just nak sdpkan ati).... n doc tu sgt prihatin..die siap taney samada me dah jumpe plan diet yg tol ke x..n me pown bncg ngan die pasal plan diet yg bgs.... n yg lebeh pntg doc kate me ni x la gemuk sgt..hehhe ye ker??? tp me rase me ni dah mcm tong drum dah...sgt2 gemuk.... n me must diet...so my diet is... morning eat nestum (kalo sempt), lunch 1 scoop rice with a lot vegie + fish (if i want)..(p/s ; me need rice even little...coz me need energy hahahahhaha)..dinner just 3 slice of bread + 1 bowl vegie dats enough..lalalalalaalalalalala n weekend must jog wit MIRA at least 1 per week...mira u know wut..i`m glad dats u want to join me jog..lalalallaallalalal luv u damn so much der!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
